Positive: ①The area was quiet, and the apartment itself was spacious. ②There was plenty of communication on the host's part regarding check in, which was helpful. ③Check in was smooth on the host's part, and they had a staff member guide us through the initial check in and explain to us how to check out. ④It was relatively close to the JR station, and also to two coin laundry shops (within a 5 min walk). The same goes for the closest family mart. ⑤The heater was super strong and heated up the apartment really quickly. This was very welcome in the middle of winter.

Negative: ①When we first checked in, we went to check out the second floor, and found a pack of floor cleaning wipes on the bed, and a floor wiper just laying on the floor in the middle of the room. It felt like they rushed through the cleaning and forgot to keep their cleaning supplies in the end. ②The bathroom is next to the main entrance, but the entrance to the bathroom didnt have a door, but just a simple curtain that didnt cover anything. It's kind of alarming that someone could just randomly enter and possibly see you naked through the curtain gaps. ③There is only two power points on the second floor bedroon, one at the foot of on the bed next to the wall, and another right opposite the foot of the bed, on the wall next to the entry way. The headboards have power outlets but they were taped up. ④The walls were ultra thin. We could hear our neighbours talking at normal talking level. If you're sensitive to noise during sleep, I can't recommend this place. ⑤There is no bathroom sink. The only sink available is the kitchen sink, and the mini sink on the toilet. ⑥The washing machine and dryer facility had certain operating hours. The washing machine costing 300yen for one use was incredibly reasonable, but the dryer on the other hand was 500yen for 10mins. Payment is based on an honestly system with a payment jar on the shelf. You're better off drying your clothes at the nearby coin laundry for way cheaper at 100 yen for 11mins. ⑦I don't usually write bad reviews but this time, I felt that there are things that future guests of this place have to take note of before booking. It's an okay place to stay over in for one night, but anymore, it can become quite inconvenient.

Summary: Good for only one night stay, can't say the same for long stays.
