Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is close to the subway, very convenient. Close to the park and there are many convenient stores and restaurants around to choose from. There are two rooms and the staff responses promptly. The instructions to access the building was clear. Umbrellas and slippers were provided, which is a nice touch. Great for family traveling with comfortable couch and eating area for hanging out.

Negative: Dusty throughout the unit and noticeable like the lamps and surface areas. There is no door with the room that has two beds. May have privacy issues. Bathroom has a window that can be viewed from the balcony, no privacy. Also there is no shower curtain so that water is splashing on to the ground even though there is a drainage. It maybe normal in Japan, but not from the US. Mold below the wall of the tub and the mirror, will recommend 10% bleach

Summary: Meet the expectation since we are looking for 2 bedrooms to stay in with some amenities. P
