On clear days, you can even see a bit of the sea from here. Come closer and take a moment to get a better look at this special holiday home. In this sparsely populated area in the countryside, you will find real peace and quiet, allowing you to completely let go of all the worries of everyday life, which can sometimes be quite stressful. It is the wildly romantic charm of the exceptional aesthetic design of the place that is immediately inviting to onlookers. The rustic garden is sure to appeal to all nature lovers, as most of it has simply been left in its natural state, giving it a pleasant, unspoilt feel. The spacious covered terrace runs almost halfway around the house and offers views of the pool and the entire town of Artà. A large dining table with decorative polyrattan chairs provides the perfect setting for long, cosy meals with the whole group; and with a panorama like this outside, it should be at least twice as much fun. The original driftwood lamp above the table is a real eye-catcher and the light it provides in the evening is simply enchanting. The pool is located on one side of the tiled terrace. The depth varies between 1.15 and 1.95 metres and has a series of wide steps that lead comfortably into the water. There are several incredibly beautiful places to relax here, either in the sun or under the roof, where you can simply do nothing for hours. There are plenty of deckchairs available for this purpose. And remember to fire up the barbecue in time for the evening barbecue.

Every Tuesday, the town holds its weekly market, which includes an artisan market that is definitely worth a visit. You can also visit Son Servera, which holds its weekly market every Friday. The detached Villa Pablo (called Son Sureda when you arrive) is situated on a plot of almost 18,000 m², nestled in the beautiful hilly landscape to the north-west of Artà. The fine sandy bay of Cala Torta is 14 km away. The way there leads through a beautiful nature reserve, which remains completely untouched by human development. Shopping for groceries and other daily necessities is only 8 minutes away by car.
