Outside, the property offers a large private 12 x 6 metre saltwater pool with a uniform depth of 2.10 m, perfect for swimming and cooling off on summer days. The outdoor area is completed by a garden and fruit trees that provide shade and a pleasant natural setting. A porch and a terrace allow for al fresco dining, while the fixed barbecue invites long evenings in good company, all in a completely private environment.
The interior of the house is laid out over two floors and is designed to offer comfort and spaciousness. The air conditioned living room, connected to the dining area, stands out for its cosy atmosphere, with a fireplace, Smart TV and pool table. The separate kitchen has gas hobs and is fully equipped. The laundry area is also integrated here, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A guest toilet completes the main floor. The house has five bedrooms, all located on the first floor and equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning: four with double beds and one with two single beds. In less than 20 minutes by car you can reach the fine sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença, as well as the port of Pollença, perfect for strolling or practising water sports. The area is excellent for hiking, cycling, cultural routes and gastronomic getaways, combining inland and coast with great ease.
