Positive: - good location. About 10-15 mins walk to 3 different stations. We could take the Nankai train from the airport to Namba, and walk to the hotel - very helpful and responsive front desk which is contactable via WhatsApp / Line - though the rooms are a little small, especially the toilet, it was still comfortable and cosy

Negative: - no coffee / tea provided in the room though they have coffee dispensing machine in the lobby, using paper cups - note that it’s a little quiet around the hotel, and thankfully we were travelling in a group; we had company walking to the hotel at night - no breakfast, hence, you will need to look for alternatives
