Finca Es Sestador consists of a main house of 190m2 distributed on one floor, consisting of living room with fireplace, separate fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite and another separate bathroom. On the other side of the garden is the third bedroom, which is a guest flat of 40m2, the bedroom on a mezzanine and downstairs a bathroom with shower and a living room with fireplace.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, fireplace, free wifi internet, satellite TV, as well as cots and high chairs.
The outside facilities are very well maintained, there are several terraces, a covered barbecue area with dining area and summer kitchen-dining room, as well as gardens with native trees, oak wood and a lot of lawn (about 3000 m2), finally in the middle of the property a large swimming pool with beach (9x5 min. depth: 0.00 m max. depth: 2.20 m) with protective barrier, surrounded by solarium.At the entrance there is ample parking for several cars.
Es Sestadors dates back to the end of the 16th century and used to be the place where farm animals (cows, lambs, pigs,...) were kept. It preserves the structure of the old buildings of the Mallorcan countryside, as well as many elements of traditional construction, such as walls, windows, wooden beams, etc. After its renovation and extension, it was converted into a residential house. The idea that guided the reconstruction was to preserve all these old elements and to valorise them through a careful restoration, as well as to offer the maximum comfort according to today's needs.
Only 2 km from Buger, a small charming village, and a few minutes by car from the beaches of the Bay of Pollensa, the Bay of Alcudia, or the golf clubs of Alcanada and Pollensa.
Finca Es Sestadors is part of Finca Es Rafal, a group of three old country houses from the 16th and 17th centuries that have been restored, each retaining its character and offering guests great comfort in an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere and in a private and idyllic setting.
