Positive: its inside haneda terminal 1 which is convenient if need to stay over at airport. they got onsen inside the hostel/cabin area which is quite big and clean, good to soak inside hot jacuzzi after long flight. they also got small dining area with machine food for quick bite. otherwise the airport will be quiet after midnight and not much places to buy groceries or walk around.

Negative: all good for a airport cabin

Summary: will stay again if needed to overnight at airport
