Negative: Check-in was awkward - the booking.com confirmation wasn't found. They charged my credit card a second time. On checking out I asked if they had cancelled the double-payment. They said no as they still did not have the booking.com confirmation payment. I persisted. They found it. They cancelled the double payment. That said, the staff were courteous at all times.
