Summary: We enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be incredibly nice and accomodating. They had tattoo covers available at the front and I appreciated that all of the ammenties were explained to us in the beginning. The location was nice as it is close to beppu station and we really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. All of the food was very delicious. One thing that I wished was for the kaiseki dinner that I had better japanese to have gotten the full experience, but that is on me.
