Summary: Do not agree to take a first floor room. The one we were in had no windows and low ceilings and was like a dark cave - even with all the lights on. We had no warning about this room. The doors to the bathroom and shower room close aggressively and are right next to each other so you get trapped in corner when door slams. Open 1 door for toilet and then leave that room and open another door for sink to wash hands. It's a terrible design. The place is new but the details and amenities are low quality. They would not change our room without a massive fee even though we were not made aware that the room we booked had no real windows. It was truly awful and quite expensive for area.
