This incredibly beautiful country house "Es Rafal Antic", dates from the 15th – 16th century and is located outskirts of the town of Búger. It is set in a very tiny hamlet with just four houses. This place of tranquility is situated in a protected privacy area dominated with perfect comfort.
The house has a living area of 350 m2, in the course of time it has been restored step by step with touch of modern, but it didn’t lost its rustic charm. It preserves many elements of the traditional building, such as walls, windows and wood beams, etc. When you enter into the house you find yourself in a dining area, right next to it there is a well-developed kitchen and a delightful living area. The house has five double bedrooms with bathroom on suite, one of them is located on the ground floor and the other four bedrooms are on the first floor. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating.
Exterior The beautiful country house "Es Rafal Antic" has an area of 350 m2. It has an excellent location and offers complete privacy with beautiful natural surroundings, with plenty of modern comforts. The special features of the holiday house are the sunny garden terrace and the garden in itself, where you can enjoy romantic candle-light-dinner. It has access to a beautiful private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, offers an ideal place to rest. A barbecue area and an outside shower are also available. A well-maintained path leads you from the gate through a private parking directly to the house.
This finca although totally private is built on a terrain with two other properties Sestadors and Can Mir, which can be rented, ideal for large groups or families who wish to pass there vacations together but with each family retaining their privacy.

A deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the stay if guests have removed and recycled the garbage according to new regulations.
