Summary: The hotel is advertised as 4.5 star hotel and expected that level. In no way is that accurate. It is actually a 2.5 or 3 star hotel at most. The facilities were old or damaged and require an update. One wing of the hotel requires stairs to access the hotel to room. Only 1 elevator to the rooms. Room has small, combined bathroom with colors from 1990s. Outlets are very few, none next to the bed. Stains and burn hole in carpet. No restaurants open in hotel after breakfast. From afar, the hotel looks nice and on the water, but up close it really disappoints. .
