Positive: Great location, easy parking. Room was large and clean. Liked the rooftop onsen and option for private onsens. Friendly, helpful staff (limited English for foreigners, but everyone tried their best to help!). Free coffee drinks and filtered water in the lobby. Family friendly - my 3-year old loved the kids play room.

Negative: Limited times for the amenities (e.g, Onsens were unavailable from roughly 10am - 3pm, kids room closed from 11-3). We didn’t have breakfast included in our room rate and weren’t able to add it on site, so please be sure to book in advance if you are interested. Local cafes don’t open until 10 or 11.
