Summary: Room was clean, modern and reasonably functional. On the small side so opening large suitcases caused hallway blockage. Shower pressure and temperature were good. Sink area was a bit small, hard to fit toiletries around it. Like the toilet being in a separate room. Baffled as to why there is no soap in there. TV was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Bedside table very small (recurring theme in Japan) but useable. Staff were very professional and exceptionally friendly. The free snacks/drinks lobby system was actually a nice perk, we used it for a quick coffee and snack before going on early tours. Location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Ginza, near a metro station and super close to a Familymart and Donqui too.
