Summary: Me and my partner missed the shinkansen and the bus that was going to take us to the hotel, so we got even more behind our schedule of our check-in time. We told the staff beforehand and apologized, they were extremely understanding of our situation. When we got there, we were welcomed with warm smiles and helpful information of our accomodation and they even gave us some snacks after our long travel.
