Our attractive, very well-kept holiday home on Mallorca, with a plot of more than 500m2, is located in Cala Millor, on a side street with hardly any traffic. The center, the pedestrian zone and the beach are only a few minutes' walk away.
From the two covered terraces, where you can spend cozy hours, go directly into the beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The house has 3 bedrooms for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, bedroom with air conditioning, gas central heating, WiFi internet, satellite TV and a large roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. Washer, dryer, bed linen and towels are also provided. Two cots and two highchairs can be ordered in advance free of charge.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not a problem, but please only outside the house.
On foot you are in 10 minutes (approx. 650m) on the beautiful 1.5 km long, fine sandy and gently sloping sandy beach with the turquoise blue water and the beautiful beach promenade.
Parking is available directly on the property.
