• Vehicle Parking: The apartment does not include private parking inside the building. However, secure paid public parking lots are conveniently located just a few steps away on the same street.
• Location & View: The unit is located on the 7th floor with easy elevator access. The private balcony features a lovely side/diagonal view of the Caribbean Sea.
• Group Policy & Building Access: Per strict HOA guidelines to maintain a peaceful and family-friendly environment, all-male groups are strictly prohibited. The building only accepts families, couples, or mixed adult groups. Additionally, all guests must be registered on the reservation prior to arrival and present valid photo ID at the front desk. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.

To ensure a smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free stay at El Morro, please carefully review the following access instructions and building rules:
• Private & Exclusive Access: You will enjoy full private access to the entire apartment, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with a side view of the Caribbean Sea.
• Guest Registration & Building Wristband: Per building administration policies, all guests must purchase an official building wristband upon arrival at the front desk for COP 15,000 per person. This is a mandatory fee required for building entry and security control.
• Building Reservation Policy: Please note that according to the building's internal regulations, bookings for all-male groups are strictly not allowed by the HOA. We kindly ask you to consider this rule before booking.
• Check-In & Single-Use Digital Code: On your arrival day, you will receive a single-use digital access code to open the apartment door for your initial entry.
• Keycard & Electricity Activation: Inside the apartment, on the dining table, you will find an electronic keycard. This card is required to power the apartment's electricity (by inserting it into the slot near the entrance). It also serves as your main keycard for the electronic door lock. Please remember to take it with you whenever you step out and keep it safe throughout your stay.
