Positive: Great Location, really short flat walk to the gondola and only a few minutes walk down to the main part of town. Felix and Felix were extremely helpful and very welcoming. They gave us lots of good advice about the best onsen and restaurants, made bookings if we needed it, and nothing was too much trouble.
