Summary: We booked the twin room and it turns out the ad was misleading. There are no photos of the room in entirety because in reality it was extremely small, probably about 30 sq feet, and definitely not enough space for luggage. There is no elevator, only a steep narrow stairwell to the 3rd floor. They don’t answer multiple of their phone lines or messages on Expedia - when we finally got a hold of someone, he said it was because they are a chain so the phone goes to a different location and they are busy doing something else. The slippers they gave us were ripped apart at the side edge like 4cm- I could not wear them safely on the stairs. Towels are 200 yen each. I would not recommend this place and will avoid it again. My 2 night stay in august cost 125 USD for 2 people. This is really just an expensive but themed hostel.
