Recently built villa distributed over 3 floors. The villa has 250 meters built plus terraces, private garden and heated pool. I don't chlorinate in the pool. Four double rooms (three of the rooms have access to terraces), three full bathrooms, living room of 37 m2, kitchen of 16 m2, 3 terraces, two at the top and one at the bottom. Room with billiards and gym. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room.
