Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were super friendly here and attentive to your needs. During my stay, it rained super heavily one day and I absolutely soaked through the sleeve of my haori and my yukata when I went out for some hot springs visits. They immediately brought me a change of clothes when I came back. I know ryokans are known for their service and I definitely think this place was the peak of it! They saw that I wasn't used to geta shoes and brought me a pair that was much easier to walk in also. The staff that brought me breakfast and dinner noticed that I could speak other languages that she knew more fluently so she switched to that.

Negative: The only downside to this location is that it's a bit far from everything else, about a 10-15 min walk to most other things. There is a shuttle that will bring you from the station and also one of the centers will send your bags directly to the ryokan though.

Summary: Super comfortable, wonderful rooms and food, amazing staff!
