Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised the staff was able to accommodate us on such short notice. We needed three rooms close to each other and it was accomplished. We also used the handicap parking. Would recommend.

Negative: The breakfast was just adequate but not great flavor. The remote did not allow for English subtitles or audio, which seems to be the current standard in Japan. The lobby was closed at 9pm, which was unfortunate because we had a party of four guests and were forced to retreat to one of our rooms and make noise there.

Summary: Great location and pleasant staff. Limited rooms and early lobby close time.
