Positive: The location is great, huge plot… ample parking which is much needed in high season. Beautiful beaches close by & lovely restaurants all within walking distance. Perfect size for 6 people, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, the pool is a great size….! Great BBQ area, table tennis, dining table & comfortable loungers outside. Aircon was very effective. Pool well maintained & clean towels brought mid-week.

Negative: The only downside internally is that the crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking equipment is very tired and mismatching. Not enough wine glasses and very small tumblers. Not enough knifes & folks, other equipment is tired and a bit grubby, for example the kettle is a travel kettle which is very very worn (makes only 2 cups of hot water-no use for 6 people). Spend a couple of hundred pounds on this and it would make a huge difference! Outside-the villa is on the 1st floor with steep steps up to both entrances, maybe a challenge for those with accessibility needs.

Summary: Great stay, lovely villa, just requires a bit of mo ey spending on the kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery & glasse
