We are pleased to offer this gorgeous villa to rent, close to the golf course and the historic town of Pollensa, it is also just a short drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and features a heated infinity pool (14 x 5m), luxurious accommodation, and magnificent mountain views.
In addition, it can be rented alongside the adjacent Villa Sol, a great option for larger families or groups that have too many people for a single property, but who wish to stay close to together.
Inside, Villa Vista has a bright, contemporary layout with a grandiose double height entrance hall, a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and a dining area and outdoor access. The spacious living room offers the perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofa seating, a cosy fireplace for cooler months, a flat screen tv, and terraces on two sides. You will also find an office on the ground floor, especially useful for those who need to work while away.
The villa has a total of four bedrooms, each updated with top quality new beds. The ground floor has a large double bed with en suite bathroom, and the first floor has three further en suite bedrooms, all of which have access to a terrace.
