Summary: Average services, I rate both good and bad. Good is the inclusive meals (optional during booking), I was given a lot of quality food in a presentable traditional Japanese setting, but bad is that my booking includes 2 adults and 1 kid, the hotel told me I needed to pay extra for my kids staying (I had no choice so I paid) and tried to charge me other items like extra bed, extra meal for my kid (I rejected these). I hate how the hotel manage bookings and dishonesty as I had already paid my booking for 3 members in full but then got charged extra when I arrived without any email communication before I check-in, other major problem to the overall experience is that most of the staffs speak broken English and even not understand, I find it very difficult to communicate, also both indoor and outdoor onsen water is all dirty, the outdoor onsen water is not even hot.
