Positive: Great location! Walking distance to nakasu-kawabata station (airport train), walking distance to canal city, one station way from tenjin. Lots of convenience stores nearby and donki! Big and spacious rooms!

Negative: The lack of a manned reception was not really something I'd deduct points for but I would have been nice if there was one so I could have arranged for luggage or package delivery.
