Summary: Communication, quick easy instructions for access to the room key. The room was very clean, however I'm not quite sure about the furniture arrangement, the beds configuration takes away easy access to the sliding doors and the balcony. We stayed for 11 days visiting our son stationed at Kadena Air Force Base, I don't think the beds are meant for long stays like we had; after the 3rd night the beds became very uncomfortable. the walls are very thin; you can hear the tenants in the next room, or in the room above. the kitchen, the washer and dryer were very helpful. the hotel is within walking distance to many amenities which is helpful because parking is very difficult as there are only 6 places for guests and it is not free. we had to park in the lot down the street, it was more expensive. For the most part the stay was a pleasant surprise and we will be returning to future visits with our son.
